The New Yorker mentions Dima Gavrysh

There’s an article in The New Yorker about curated photography exhibits Slideluck Potshow at Tobacco Warehouse in Dumbo, Brooklyn. Article talks about 15th event of this kind. The idea is simple: people bring and share food, and featured photographers put together slide show presentations and choose a proper soundtrack for it. Event included works of Dima Gavrysh, who spent August and September of 2009 with the U.S. Army in the provinces of Wardak and Paktika, Afghanistan.
